How to order

How to order on the Website?

Our website can be approached on 2 different ways:

Partnumber: if you know the partnumber use our search function on top of the page, this will guide you directly to the partnumber if available.

By Car: Most of our brands work through a taglist, if you select the brand, you can use our wizard to select make, model year etc.. After that you should see the items available for your car. if you get no result, please send us an email and we will look into it to see if we can supply you with that part. Our webshop is still daily updated.

(if you can't see the selection wizard you need to upgrade your browser to a later version like IE8 or newer)

Step 1: All items can be placed into your shopping basket, you can always make adjustments to your shopping basket, please verify your order before you proceed.

Step 2: If you don't allready have an account with us please make one, we need your account details to proces your order. make sure there are no mistakes in the account information. (your account information won't be sold, passed on or used for thirth parties)

Step 3: In our secured payment menu you can choose shipping method or arrange pickup.

Stap 4: you can choose different payment options like:  Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, bank transfer, Giropay (Germany). All payments will be handled in a secure enviroment. We won't charge extra for banktransfer. For Visa, Mastercard, Paypal en Giropay we will charge the additional fee*.

Stap 5: you need to accept our general terms of agreement, after that your order is final and ready to be processed.

You will recieve an confirmation of your order by email.
If your order is not correct please contact us.

Once your order is shipped you will recieve an email with the tracking number form DPD or TNT, By this way you can track and trace your order online. (If your order is damaged once you recieve it please make photos and email this to us so we can claim the damage by our shipping company)

Let op: Wanneer u kiest voor een online betaalmethode, zoals Ideal of Creditcard, maak dan hele bestelling af, en kies na betaling keer in het scherm van de betaalprovider via de button 'bestelling afronden / terug naar de webwinkel' button terug naar onze webwinkel. (sluit de betaalvensters zelf niet af) Op deze manier ontvangen wij de betaalstatus volledig, en heeft u uw bestelling snel in huis. Alle betalingen geschieden in een beveiligde omgeving.
